Recently, it has come to our attention that various ISP's have been attempting to farm out their Linux support work to us, in an attempt to get their customers supported for free. While we have, on occasion supported various users through various events, this will now be a 'per hour' charge, at $45 per hour, with a 1 hr minimum, charged directly to you, before support is even provided.
While we understand this may be frustrating, we can not continue to foot the bill of your ISP. Recent ISP's that have been known to do this:
- Qwest
- AT&T
- Verizon
